The Library offers six 30-minute Express Stations and one 15-minute Express Station.

These computers offer Internet access and the Microsoft Office 2016 Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Publisher).
They are located in the Adult Services department.
Users of a 30-Minute Express Station must present a photo ID.
Printing is available from all Library computers (one-hour Internet Stations, Express Stations, and Library Catalog) and via Wi-Fi.
Your print job will require payment (using coins or $1 bill) before the print job can be printed. Black-and-white printouts cost 10¢ per page. Color printouts cost 60¢ per page.

Your print jobs can be retrieved in the Computer Room on the main level of the Library (near the Adult Services Reference Desk) during Library hours.
Unclaimed print jobs are deleted 24 hours after they are sent.

Batavia Public Library cardholders
must enter their Batavia Public Library card number each time they use a one-hour Internet Station.

Library Catalog Stations are located on both levels of the Library, in the Adult Services and Youth Services departments. These computers offer access to the Library catalog, which allows users to look up books and other materials and locate the call number and status (available or checked out) of each item. These computers also offer access to the Library’s reference databases, which allow users to look up articles and other information.

Use of Computers with Internet Access by Minors
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their minor children’s use of public-access computers at the Library. The Library urges parents and legal guardians to take an active interest in their children’s use of the Library. Parents or legal guardians have the option of restricting their minor children from accessing public-access computers owned by the Library. This option does not apply to use of Catalog Stations.
Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the Library. No password is needed. Please contact a librarian at the Reference Desk for more information.
Please note: Internet access is prohibited in the Library Leaders Reading Room (Periodicals Room), except when using a silent mobile device.
Schedule an appointment with a technology assistant for a one-hour, one-on-one session based on your individual needs. Technology coaching includes instruction on computers, tablets, smartphones, eReaders, and more. Appointments take place at the Library and are free of charge. Batavia Public Library card required.
