Curbside Pick Up

Services

The Library is open for in-person visits. The Library is also happy to provide contact-free curbside pickup.

Make your requests through the catalog or over the phone. In addition, Youth and Adult Services staff are happy to pull materials for you through the “Surprise Me Bundle” service, based on the information you provide.

Curbside Pick Up: How To

When your holds are ready for pick-up, you will receive an automated hold notice from SWAN by email, text, or phone (whichever method you have chosen for your account).

When you arrive at the Library, you can pick up your holds – no appointment needed:

Park your car (if driving)
Call the Circulation Department at (630) 879-1393 ext. 100
Provide your Library card number
Circulation will put the bagged items on the curbside pickup table (located outside the front doors under the portico) for you to collect.
