Use the online catalog to place holds on books and the other materials, or let us place holds for you; call us, send us an email, text us, or chat with us.
You will receive an automated hold notice from SWAN by email, text, or phone (whichever method you have chosen for your account).

• We will place bagged items on the curbside pickup table (located outside front doors under the portico) for you to collect.
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 when you use the Curbside Pickup Service, face masks are encouraged for all patrons.
Visitors may use their own digital devices to access the Library’s free Wi-Fi from the Library parking lot, 24/7. The Library also has several Wi-Fi hotspots available for check out; please call (630) 879-1393 ext. 200 to inquire.

Book Donations: The Library is unable to accept book donations due to COVID-19. Please do not place donations in the book returns.

During the curbside pickup phase, Batavia Public Library will print up to 20 black-and-white pages (or 3 color pages) per patron per week, free of charge.
