Batavia Public Library

Printing is available from all Library computers (one-hour Internet Station, Express Station, and Library Catalog) and via Wi-Fi.

Your print job will require payment (using coins or $1 bill) before the print job can be printed. Black-and-white printouts cost 10¢ per page. Color printouts cost 60¢ per page.

Print From Anywhere—Pick Up at the Library

Wi-Fi printing service allows printing from:

  • laptop computers connected to the Library’s Wi-Fi network
  • from home computers with an Internet connection
  • or from mobile devices with an Internet connection


Your print jobs can be retrieved in the Computer Room on the main level of the Library (near the Adult Services Reference Desk) during Library hours. Unclaimed print jobs are deleted 24 hours after they are sent.


The Library provides three photocopiers.

  • Use of the photocopiers requires payment using coins, or a $1 bill.
  • Black-and-white copies cost 10¢ per page.
  • Color copies cost 60¢ per page.

Microfilm Reader / Printer

The Library provides a microfilm reader, which is available free of charge. It reads both microfilm and microfiche and can print to our printers.

You have the option of printing images in black-and-white (10¢ per page) or saving images to a flash drive (USB) or to Google Drive (if you have a Google account).
