If at any time you need help with Beanstack, please visit the Beanstack Help Desk and type in your question. If you cannot find your answer there, our Youth Services Staff will be able to help you. Please call the Youth Services Desk at (630) 879-1393 x500 during Library hours.

 

Let your mind bloom with a nonfiction reading challenge this spring! Read 3 nonfiction books from 3 different classifications (J 000- J 999) of the nonfiction section of the Library, and you will earn a FREE nonfiction book of your choice to keep. Read a book from all 10 sections of the nonfiction collection to earn a SECOND free nonfiction book. Whether you are a Dewey Decimal expert, or a nonfiction novice, you will enjoy this fun challenge to read outside of your comfort zone.

Scavenger Hunts on Beanstack

Join Youth Services friends for some family-fun Scavenger Hunts this Spring!

  • For children ages 0-14
  • You can use the same Beanstack app and login that you used
    for Winter Library Club
  • If you are new to Beanstack, create your family’s account
  • Register for a new scavenger hunt challenge each month: complete the activities, earn badges, and you will be entered into a drawing for a prize

New to Beanstack – sign up today!

Beanstack is easy to use and available both online and as a mobile app.Visit our Batavia Public Library Beanstack website to create your account (username and password). You can also register through the app (find out how under “Get the App”).

To register for Beanstack you must have:

  • either a valid Batavia Library card or a child currently attending a Batavia school.
  • an email address
  • Once registered, you can access your account online or via the app by signing in with your username and password.
